  -Orders over $100 are freight free.
  -Orders under $100 attract a $9.90 freight charge.
  
  Giant and Specialized Bicycles cannot be sold online. All Giant and Specialized Bicycles must be picked up from the store as an assembled bicycle. We do offer a reboxing service at $30 per bike. We are unable to ship Giant or Specialized Bicycles outside of the Christchurch area, however you may organize this yourself at your expense providing the bike has been paid for in store.

  You may return any item you purchase in new condition in its original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been used or clothing that has been worn will not be refunded.
  
  We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
