The new CR1 is designed to eliminate shock and vibration created by irregularities in the road. This new concept results in a very smooth and stable ride without compromising power transfer!
The Seat- and Chainstays and also the fork feature SDS. This means their design has been tuned not only with shape and tube dimensions but also in regards to fibre lay-up. Special zones in these areas allow vertical flex and are engineered to absorb shocks and vibrations!
Riding the new CR1 is a totally new sensation in comparison to other carbon frames on the market, as even rough surfaces are a lot more comfortable. This reduces rider fatigue and eliminates back pain. Descending and cornering become a lot easier and safer.
The special fibre lay-up can absorb shocks in the tuned areas but does not allow lateral flex so that power transfer is not at all compromised.
The geometry of the new CR1 is sporty and performance oriented but, due to the top tube and head tube length, more comfortable than pure racing frames.

Parts Orders
-Orders over $50 are freight free.
-Orders under $50 attract a $6 freight charge.
Bike Orders
-Orders delivered to the South Island are freight free.
-Orders delivered to the North Island attract a $30 freight charge.
Giant Bicycles cannot be sold online. All Giant Bicycles must be picked up from the store as an assembled bicycle. We do offer a reboxing service at $30 per bike. We are unable to ship Giant Bicycles outside of the Christchurch area, however you may organize this yourself at your expense providing the bike has been paid for in store.

You may return any item you purchase in new condition in its original packaging
for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been used or clothing
that has been worn will not be refunded.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll
notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned
item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
Please contact us for any returns and for a return number (RMA) before sending any
goods. Any items that are returned without a RMA will be sent straight back without
a refund. Return freight to Chain Reaction Cycles is the purchaser’s responsibility.
