Chain Reaction Cycles only ships within New Zealand. All pricing is shown in NZ
dollars:
Parts Orders
-Orders over $50 are freight free.
-Orders under $50 attract a $6 freight charge.
Bike Orders
-Orders delivered to the South Island are freight free.
-Orders delivered to the North Island attract a $30 freight charge.
Giant Bicycles cannot be sold online. All Giant Bicycles must be picked up from the store as an assembled bicycle. We do offer a reboxing service at $30 per bike. We are unable to ship Giant Bicycles outside of the Christchurch area, however you may organize this yourself at your expense providing the bike has been paid for in store.

Delivery is within 2 working days NZ wide if items are in our stock and the order
is placed before 12pm. If the item is only at warehouse, allow 4-5 working days.
Please be aware our stock levels are changing every day, we do attempt to keep our
stock availability accurate. You are welcome to contact us to confirm if the item
is available. We are happy to back order and supply items that are due soon. When
an item is listed as "POA or contact us" we may be able to source it from our suppliers.
Chain Reaction Cycles endeavours to only list items on our site that are available
in NZ at most times.
We offer the same price on our website as in our store. you are welcome to purchase
the goods in the store but we do not allow you to purchase online and pick up at
the store. These conditions are set out by the credit card company.
