Delivery and Availability
Our website may show “contact us” This means the product may be sold out but to confirm, contact us.
IN the case of bicycles, we don’t not have it in our stock but it may be available. We bulk purchase our
main size range and any specials prices only apply to the product in stock. Often we are able to get other
sizes and offer the special price. Sometime we are not able to do this as the special offered to us may have finished. Please contact us.
Chain Reaction Cycles only ships within New Zealand. All pricing is shown in NZ
dollars:
Parts Orders
-Orders over $100 are freight free.
-Orders under $100 attract a $9.90 freight charge.
Giant and Specialized Bicycles cannot be sold online. All Giant and Specialized Bicycles must be picked up from the store as an assembled bicycle. We do offer a reboxing service at $30 per bike. We are unable to ship Giant Bicycles or Specialized outside of the Christchurch area, however you may organize this yourself at your expense providing the bike has been paid for in store.

Delivery is within 2 working days NZ wide if items are in our stock and the order
is placed before 12pm. If the item is only at warehouse, allow 4-5 working days.
Please be aware our stock levels are changing every day, we do attempt to keep our
stock availability accurate. You are welcome to contact us to confirm if the item
is available. We are happy to back order and supply items that are due soon. When
an item is listed as "POA or contact us" we may be able to source it from our suppliers.
Chain Reaction Cycles endeavours to only list items on our site that are available
in NZ at most times.
We offer the same price on our website as in our store. You are welcome to purchase
the goods in the store but we do not allow you to purchase online and pick up at
the store. These conditions are set out by the credit card company.
Specifications and prices are often altered by suppliers and are subject to change
without notice.
Pricing
Prices on our web site are subject to change without prior notice. This if often due
to the rapidly changing exchange rate. We will contact you regarding price changes at
the time of order (unless it's in your favour - in which case we will automatically charge you the lower amount).
Returns
You may return any item you purchase in new condition in its original packaging
for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been used or clothing
that has been worn will not be refunded. We will pay the return shipping cost if
the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund
once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of
us receiving your return. Please contact us for any returns and for a return number
(RMA) before sending any goods. Any items that are returned without a RMA will be
sent straight back without a refund. Return freight to Chain Reaction Cycles is
the purchaser’s responsibility.
Warranty
If the product has any defects, please contact us for a RMA. We provide a 1 year
guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects on parts. Bicycle frame warranty
can extend up to “limited life time” for the original purchaser and in most cases
are 3 years. Please read your bicycle owner’s manual for more details. Warranty
does not cover accidents, abuse, neglect, paint finishes or abuse. Warranty is not
transferable and proof of purchase must be provided. We retain the option of repairing
or replacing as under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Return freight to Chain Reaction
Cycles is the purchaser’s responsibility.
