The Kraken Flex Tech system provides enhanced all-round protection due to a superior fit with improved wearing comfort. This is achieved through segmented EPS parts connected via thermoplastic joints and a hybrid nylon chassis inside the helmet. In case of an impact, the chassis keeps the EPS parts together while allowing for enough flexibility to adjust itself to the individual head shape of any wearer. Channels between the EPS zones allow heat to rise and get pulled out of the shell by the active venting.
The Kraken could be the choice for people that haven't found a decent fitting helmet so far.

Giant and Specialized Bicycles cannot be sold online. All Giant and Specialized Bicycles must be picked up from the store as an assembled bicycle. We do offer a reboxing service at $30 per bike. We are unable to ship Giant or Specialized Bicycles outside of the Christchurch area, however you may organize this yourself at your expense providing the bike has been paid for in store.

You may return any item you purchase in new condition in its original packaging
for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been used or clothing
that has been worn will not be refunded.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll
notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned
item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
Please contact us for any returns and for a return number (RMA) before sending any
goods. Any items that are returned without a RMA will be sent straight back without
a refund. Return freight to Chain Reaction Cycles is the purchaser’s responsibility.
