Worth $99, we'll do your first one for free at 6 months of ownership. Note that while the General Service labour is free, additional labour or parts cost extra. Bookings are required.

Frames and Roval wheels have a lifetime warranty if you register your bike within 90 days of purchase. The warranty is also transferrable to a subsequent owner, who then get 2 years
from the original retail purchase date. Specialized NZ headquarters is based in Christchurch, which gives us the best access to parts and we can even process warranties the same day in some cases.
