Prices and Availability
All of our prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars with Goods and Service Tax included. Our online prices may not always exactly match in-store pricing and we do not guarantee that specially priced products or deals are the same in-store. We work hard to make sure prices are up-to-date, but we do reserve the right to update prices without notice.
If you're shopping from outside NZ (buying a gift voucher for a relative in NZ, for example), your billed amount will be different than what you see in our store. Your bank will convert the amount to your currency and they'll possibly add a foreign transaction fee.
Products specifications are subject to change without notice. Items we sell online are usually in stock with us or our suppliers, but sometimes availability changes and is beyond our control. Contact us if you'd like to check an item's current availability.
Shipping and Returns
We can only ship within New Zealand. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, with the exception of a few large or heavy items that will be noted otherwise.
Orders will go out within 5 business days of placing the order, but we usually get them out sooner. We use Fastways for most packages, which can be tracked on their website.
Specialized bikes can not be shipped and must be picked up fully assembled from the store. Specialized's warranty requires this.
Products in new, unused condition in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Specialized saddles come with a 30 day guarantee, regardless of use. Shipping costs can not be refunded for any items returned.
