We also put a rib around the ears to help give your fingers a place to rest and cut down on need to squeeze in addition to twisting. While the pretty bit is machined from a solid block of aluminum we weren't quite happy with the durability of that for the tool interface, so we added a hardened steel insert to handle the real work.
