This 8L capacity handlebar bag from Oxford, is designed to mount on your handlebars via a quick release bracket. The bag has 1 large waterproof compartment. The bag also comes with a shoulder holster for carrying with you when you're not on the bike. It also comes with the necesary quick release bracket to fit ALL sized handlebars.
