With injection moulded fan blades for added strength, weight reduction and sound dampening, the LT1.0 weighs a mere 10.3kg.
All leg and lower back muscles are engaged and evenly utilised during the 360Ëš pedal stroke, resulting in maximum training performance in an efficient timeframe.
