We do not ship most Specialized bikes. Specialized bikes must be picked up fully built, ready-to-ride, by the customer at our store in Christchurch. We aim to serve our local riders and offer the best service possible. To do this, adult bikes needs a proper handover process in-store, which we can't do when the bike is shipped. If you can't collect a bike from us in Christchurch, you can locate your nearest Specialized dealer here.
Other bikes, like Norco and Rocky Mountain, that we have in-store usually arrive within 5 business days. We use Aramex and can only ship within NZ. Bikes will require some assembly, which is best done by a qualified bike mechanic.
While some of the items available on our website are also available in-store, some items are only held with our supplier. Items that are available in-store will usually arrive 2-3 days after the order is placed. Items that are only held with our supplier will arrive in 2-7 days, depending on the supplier. Some vendors will drop ship directly to you (which is usually 2-3 days) while others first send items to us that we then send to you (which is usually 4-7 days). The website will give you its best estimate based on the vendor.
We can only ship within New Zealand. Orders ship within 3 business days of placing the order, but usually go out faster. Some orders will come directly from our distributor. If there's a specific item you need urgently, contact us first so we can see if we can get it to you in time.
If you have any problems with the items you received, please let us know so we can get them resolved.
If you change your mind, products in new, unused condition in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Shipping costs can not be refunded for these items.
