We sell quality stuff that we ride ourselves. To allow you to buy with confidence, we pass on all manufacturers warranties to our customers. We also work really hard to get you back out riding as soon as possible, often that same day. For example, we have loaner shocks available when your shock goes away for warranty.
Most SRAM products carry a 2 year warranty. Shimano has their 3-2-1 policy, where footwear, clothing and wheels are covered for 1 year, other components are covered for 2 years and Dura-Ace and XTR components are covered for 3 years. Each manufacturer has their own warranty, please see their websites for specific warranty info.
Specialized has one of the bike industry's most generous, rider-oriented warranty policies to offer.
- Lifetime warranty to the original owner against structural defects in material or workmanship on ALL models of Specialized-branded frames and forks. This includes seatstays and chainstays on full-suspension bikes.
- Roval wheels are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- Other Specialized-branded products (as well as frame paint and graphics) are covered by a 2 year warranty. Turbo batteries have a warranty for 2 years or 300 charge cycles—whichever comes first.
The warranty on Specialized frames and Roval wheels is transferrable to subsequent owners, who are covered for 2 years from the original retail purchase date. This increases the resale value of second-hand Specialized bikes.
In addition to the limited warranty, many Specialized and Roval-branded products are covered under Specialized's Assisted Replacement Policy. If you damage an eligible product while riding and it’s not covered under warranty, they'll replace or repair it at a discounted price.
