We sell quality stuff that we ride ourselves. To allow you to buy with confidence, we pass on all manufacturers warranties to our customers. We also work really hard to get you back out riding as soon as possible, often that same day. For example, we have loaner shocks available when your shock goes away for warranty.

Most SRAM products carry a 2 year warranty. Shimano has their 3-2-1 policy, where footwear, clothing and wheels are covered for 1 year, other components are covered for 2 years and Dura-Ace and XTR components are covered for 3 years. Each manufacturer has their own warranty, please see their websites for specific warranty info.


Specialized has one of the bike industry's most generous, rider-oriented warranty policies to offer. They have expanded their warranty coverage across their range of bikes and gear. This new warranty only applies to Specialized products sold after 1 July, 2018.

  • Lifetime warranty to the original owner against structural defects in material or workmanship on ALL models of Specialized-branded frames and forks. This now includes seatstays and chainstays on full-suspension bikes (was just 5 years on stays before)
  • Roval wheels will now be covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
  • Other Specialized-branded products (as well as frame paint and graphics) are covered by a 2 year warranty. Turbo batteries have a warranty for 2 years or 300 charge cycles—whichever comes first.
  • Most product warranties become transferrable to a subsequent owner, who will then be eligible for warranty 2 years from the original retail purchase date.
