A more thorough service for bikes that are ridden regularly or have not had a detailed workshop service within the past 12 months.
- Inspect frame, fork and components for damage or excessive wear
- Check and adjust front and rear brakes
- Inspect brake pads, rotors and braking surfaces
- Check derailleur hanger alignment
- Adjust and tune gears
- Inspect cables, housings and hydraulic hoses
- Check chain, cassette, chainrings and jockey wheels for wear
- Remove and clean the drivetrain in a chemical bath
- Refit and lubricate the drivetrain
- Check and adjust headset bearings
- Remove, inspect, clean and regrease the bottom bracket where serviceable
- Check wheel bearings and adjust where applicable
- Check wheel alignment and spoke tension
- True front and rear wheels where required
- Inspect tyres and set pressures correctly
- Check tubeless sealant condition where applicable
- Check and torque important fastenings
- Wipe down frame and components
- Complete a final safety check and test ride

Who Is the Annual Service For?
The Annual Service is recommended for bikes that are ridden regularly, exposed to wet or dusty conditions, or have gone around 12 months without a thorough workshop service. It goes beyond a standard tune-up by cleaning the drivetrain, checking the wheels more closely and servicing key bearing areas.
If we find worn parts, damaged components or work outside the scope of the service, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.
