The essential tools for bleeding SRAM brakes fitted with a Bleeding Edge port.
The Bleedkit.com Basic EDGE Edition is a straightforward kit for servicing selected SRAM hydraulic brakes from 2017 onwards. It includes two Becton Dickinson syringes, an M5 assembly, a Bleeding Edge assembly and spare O-rings.
It is a good choice if you already have the correct SRAM bleed block and only need the core tools required to bleed a compatible brake.
Check Your Brake Before Ordering
This kit is designed for selected SRAM brakes fitted with a Bleeding Edge bleed port. Compatibility is determined by the bleed port on the brake caliper, not the model year alone.
It is not suitable for older SRAM brakes without a Bleeding Edge port or SRAM mineral-oil brake systems. Check the brake model and SRAM service instructions before ordering.
Brake Fluid Is Not Included
This kit does not include brake fluid. Most compatible SRAM Bleeding Edge brakes require DOT fluid, but you should always use the exact fluid specified by SRAM for your brake model.

Never mix DOT fluid and mineral oil. Using the wrong fluid can damage seals and make the brake unsafe.
