The Bleedkit Premium Road Gold Edition has everything needed to bleed Shimano hydraulic brakes, from Deore and SLX through to XTR, Dura-Ace and GRX. It includes the correct funnel, caliper syringe, bleed blocks and drop-bar adapter, so you are not trying to make a general kit fit a Shimano road lever.
It is a tidy option for home mechanics who service their own bikes, or anyone wanting a proper Shimano-specific kit in the workshop. Brake fluid is not included.
One Kit for Shimano Flat-Bar and Drop-Bar Brakes
The kit includes bleed blocks for Shimano flat-bar two- and four-piston brakes, plus a separate block and brass adapter for Shimano road and gravel levers. That means it covers everything from an XT trail bike through to a 105 road bike or GRX gravel bike.
Built for a Cleaner, More Controlled Bleed
The transparent M5 funnel threads into compatible Shimano levers, while the caliper syringe and guided stainless steel tube insert provide a secure fit at the bleed nipple. The supplied clamp helps with gravity bleeding, and the rubberised strap holds the caliper syringe in place while you work.
Brake Fluid
This kit does not include brake fluid. Shimano hydraulic brakes use mineral oil. Shop brake fluid here.

If you look after Shimano brakes on both mountain and drop-bar bikes, this is the one to get. The separate road adapter and bleed block are what make it worthwhile, especially when you have GRX, 105 or Ultegra hydraulic levers in the mix.
