A clean, leverless 15×110mm Boost axle for compatible FOX forks.
The Burgtec FOX Boost Fork Axle replaces the standard quick-release axle with a strong, tidy leverless design. Machined from 7075 aluminium, it provides additional clearance around the fork leg while giving you a secure hex-key fitting for wheel removal and installation.
This version is designed primarily for pre-2021 FOX Boost forks. It also fits 2021 and newer FOX 32 and FOX 34 forks, but it is not compatible with 2021 and newer FOX 36 or FOX 38 forks.
Check Your FOX Fork Before Ordering
FOX changed the axle design used on some forks from the 2021 model year. This older Burgtec axle remains compatible with current FOX 32 and FOX 34 forks, but newer FOX 36 and FOX 38 forks require the corresponding 2021+ axle.
Check the fork model and model year rather than choosing by hub spacing alone. A 15×110mm Boost front hub does not confirm that the axle thread and overall dimensions will suit your fork.
Dual 6mm Hex Fittings
A 6mm hex fitting is machined into both ends of the axle. The second fitting provides another removal point if one end becomes damaged or rounded.
The hex interface also allows you to use a suitable torque wrench and hex bit during installation. Always follow the tightening specification supplied with your FOX fork and use a clean, correctly fitting tool.
7075 Aluminium Construction
The axle is CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium for a useful balance of strength, stiffness and low weight. Its leverless profile removes the external handle found on a quick-release axle, creating more clearance around the fork leg and a cleaner finish.

Compatibility is the part to check carefully. If you have a 2021 or newer FOX 36 or FOX 38, this is not the correct version. If you are unsure, compare your original axle or contact us with the fork model, year and serial number before ordering.
