The Burgtec Trek ABP UDH Derailleur Hanger is a replacement hanger for compatible Trek mountain bikes and e-MTBs that use both the ABP suspension system and SRAM’s Universal Derailleur Hanger interface.
It is forged and fully machined from 7075 aluminium, then supplied with the mounting screw and Trek ABP-specific washer required for installation. A choice of Burgtec colours lets you match the hanger with other components or keep the bike looking close to standard.

This is not the correct hanger for every Trek bike. Trek has used several derailleur-hanger designs across different models and years, so confirm that your frame has the SRAM UDH interface before ordering.
The supplied washer is specifically made for Trek bikes combining ABP suspension with UDH. For a UDH-compatible bike from another brand, use Burgtec’s regular UDH Hanger instead.
Forged and Machined 7075 Aluminium
Burgtec produces the hanger from forged 7075 aluminium before fully machining it to its final shape. This gives you a precisely finished replacement part suitable for regular trail, enduro and e-MTB use.
A derailleur hanger still performs an important sacrificial role between the frame and rear derailleur. Any hanger should be inspected after a significant impact and replaced if it is bent, cracked or damaged.
Based on the SRAM UDH Standard
The UDH standard was introduced to reduce the number of different replacement hangers required across modern mountain bikes. Its design allows the hanger to rotate backwards during some forward impacts, which can help reduce the chance of a chain jam.
UDH also provides a consistent interface for compatible hanger-mounted derailleurs and SRAM Full Mount drivetrains. Correct installation and axle torque remain important for reliable shifting.
