Important Compatibility Information
Continental TPU tubes must not be used with rim brakes. Heat generated during rim braking can damage the tube and may cause a sudden loss of pressure. Use this tube only in a compatible disc-brake wheel.
Installation Notes
- Use suitable rim tape and check that the rim, tyre and tape are free from damage.
- Check inside the tyre for glass, thorns or other sharp objects before installation.
- Do not inflate the tube beyond 0.3 bar before it is fully installed inside the tyre.
- Make sure the valve hole is the correct size so the valve cannot twist or shear.
- Ensure the tube and valve are not pinched, trapped, twisted or damaged during fitting.
- Never exceed the maximum pressure specified by the tyre or rim manufacturer.
- Do not reuse the tube in a narrower tyre after it has previously been fitted to a wider one.
