Free Shipping on Gear: Orders over $139 (excludes Bikes & Bulky items)
Delivery Times: In-Store Items: Arrive in 2–3 business days (extra 2 days for rural). Supplier-Only Items: May take up to 7 business days, depending on the supplier.
Selected Bikes: Nationwide shipping for select bikes: $60 or free pick-up from our Christchurch store. Shipped bikes require some assembly. Picked-up bikes are fully built and ready to ride.
Click & Collect: Available for most products. Collect at 4/218 Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch.
Dangerous Goods: Items like batteries and aerosols may incur additional fees due to safety regulations.
Returns: Changed your mind? Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days for a refund (shipping costs excluded).
