Sinch Force EZ 4
The Sinch Force EZ 4 is a full-suspension step-through e-bike for longer rides, rough cycle trails and everyday transport. Its Bosch motor takes the work out of steep climbs, while the 800Wh battery is one of the main reasons to choose this model. Front and rear suspension, a dropper post and wide Maxxis tyres make it comfortable when the surface gets rough.
Bosch Power for Proper Hills
The Bosch Performance Line Sport motor produces 90Nm of torque. It has plenty of strength for steep roads, gravel climbs, headwinds and loaded riding.
The New Zealand model provides pedal assistance up to 45km/h. Support is available only while you are pedalling, and Walk Assist helps when pushing the bike.
A Large 800Wh Battery
The removable Bosch PowerTube battery has 800Wh of capacity, giving you plenty of room for longer routes and regular climbing.
An optional Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender increases total capacity to 1,050Wh when even more range is required.
Full Suspension for Rougher Rides
The SR Suntour XCM34 Air fork provides 120mm of travel, with a rear shock controlling 100mm at the back. This takes much of the sting out of potholes, corrugations and rough gravel.
Both ends have rebound adjustment and lockout controls, allowing our workshop to set the suspension for the rider.
Easy to Get On and Off
The low step-through frame removes the need to swing a leg over a high top tube. Lowering the 100mm dropper post also makes it easier to place your feet on the ground when stopping.
Simple Shimano CUES Gearing
The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain uses durable LinkGlide components made to handle the load from an e-bike motor. An 11–48T cassette provides enough range for steep climbs and faster sealed-road riding.
Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes use 180mm rotors at both ends.

Our Thoughts on the Sinch Force EZ 4
The full-suspension frame is the main reason to choose the Force EZ 4 over a Jaunt or Mode. It makes a noticeable difference on broken roads and gravel, but riders sticking mainly to smooth cycleways may not need the added weight or maintenance.
The Bosch motor and 800Wh battery are a strong combination for longer and hillier rides. Shimano CUES shifting keeps the drivetrain familiar and straightforward, while riders wanting automatic gears can step up to the Force EZ 5 Auto.
One detail worth noting is that a rear carrier is not included in the listed specification. If panniers are part of your plans, talk to us about suitable options for the suspension frame.

Geometry
Geometry measurements vary across sizes S/M and M/L. Contact Chain Reaction if you would like help comparing frame sizes or understanding how the measurements affect fit and handling.

- S/M: Approximately 154–170cm
- M/L: Approximately 168–182cm
Both sizes use 27.5-inch wheels. Rider height is a useful starting point, but leg length, reach, mobility and preferred riding position also matter. Contact Chain Reaction for personalised sizing advice.
