Sinch Force EZ 5 Auto
The Sinch Force EZ 5 Auto is for riders who want a comfortable e-bike that is easy to get on and straightforward to ride. Shimano’s automatic shifting looks after the gears, while the Bosch motor provides plenty of help on hills. With full suspension, an 800Wh battery and most of the everyday accessories already fitted, it is ready for commuting, exploring and longer weekend rides.
Automatic Shifting That Actually Helps
Shimano CUES Di2 can change gears for you, which is particularly useful when riding in traffic or stopping regularly. Slow down for an intersection and the system can select a suitable gear before you start pedalling again.
You can still change gears manually whenever you want. Free Shift also lets the bike move into another gear while you are coasting, so you are less likely to pull away in a gear that is too hard.
Plenty of Help on the Hills
The Bosch Performance Line Sport motor delivers up to 90Nm of torque. That is more than enough assistance for steep climbs, headwinds and carrying shopping.
A removable 800Wh PowerTube battery gives the bike plenty of capacity for longer rides. If you eventually need more range, the Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender increases the total capacity to 1,050Wh.
Speed, battery level and assistance mode are shown clearly on the Bosch Kiox 300 display, with the main controls placed beside the grip.
Easy to Get On and Off
A low step-through frame is particularly useful on an e-bike of this size. There is no high top tube to climb over, and the 100mm dropper post lets you lower the saddle using a handlebar lever.
Dropping the saddle makes it easier to get onto the bike and place both feet securely on the ground when you stop. Raise it again and you return to the correct pedalling position.
Full Suspension for Everyday Comfort
The SR Suntour air fork provides 120mm of travel and can be set for the rider’s weight. At the back, the frame has 100mm of travel controlled by an adjustable SR Suntour shock.
The suspension will not turn the Force into a mountain bike, but it does a good job of taking the edge off potholes, broken roads, kerbs and gravel tracks. Both ends can also be locked out when riding on smoother surfaces.
Already Equipped for Daily Riding
Sinch has included most of the accessories riders normally need to add after buying an e-bike.
There is a 10kg-capacity front basket, alloy mudguards, an adjustable mirror, a kickstand and an accessory case. The integrated front and rear lights run from the main battery, and the rear light has a brake-light function.
A wide gel saddle, swept-back handlebar and dual-density grips give the bike a relaxed position. Maxxis Ikon 2.35-inch tyres provide plenty of comfort and grip, while Shimano hydraulic brakes with 180mm rotors handle the stopping.

Delivery and Assembly
Every Sinch Force EZ 5 Auto is assembled, tuned and safety checked by the Chain Reaction workshop.
Before it leaves us, we:
- Complete the professional assembly
- Check the frame, wheels and all safety-critical fasteners
- Test the Bosch motor, battery, display and controls
- Install firmware updates where required
- Configure and test the Shimano automatic shifting
- Tune the drivetrain
- Professionally bed in the brakes using our Sinter Smart machine
- Set the fork and shock for the rider
- Check the dropper post
- Adjust the saddle, handlebar and controls
- Set the tyre pressures
