Automatic Shifting That Works for You

Shimano CUES Di2 can change gears automatically as your speed and pedalling effort change. It is especially useful when stopping and starting in traffic because the bike can select an easier gear before you begin pedalling again.

You can still change gears manually whenever you prefer. Shimano Free Shift also allows the system to select a gear while you are coasting.

Plenty of Help on the Hills

The Bosch Performance Line Sport motor produces up to 90Nm of torque, so there is no shortage of assistance when climbing, riding into a headwind or carrying extra weight. The support comes in smoothly and can be adjusted through the Bosch controls.

Assistance is available up to 45km/h where regulations permit. Walk Assist also makes the bike easier to push up ramps or through places where riding is not allowed.

A Battery Made for Longer Rides

The removable Bosch PowerTube battery has 800Wh of capacity, which is generous for an everyday e-bike. It is a good choice for riders covering longer distances or those who would rather not charge the bike after every outing.

For even more capacity, the Jaunt is compatible with the Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender. This takes the total available capacity to 1,050Wh.

Easy to Get On and Comfortable to Ride

The low step-through frame is useful for anyone who finds a conventional top tube awkward. The suspension dropper post can also lower the saddle when stopping, making it easier to place your feet on the ground.

An adjustable stem, swept-back handlebar, wide gel saddle and comfort grips create a relaxed riding position. The SR Suntour air fork and 2.35-inch tyres help take the edge off potholes, gravel and uneven cycleways.

Equipped for Everyday Use

The Jaunt comes with most of the accessories we would expect on a practical transport bike. It includes alloy mudguards, integrated lights, a kickstand, an adjustable mirror and an MIK HD rear carrier rated to carry up to 27kg.

The rear light also has a sensor-operated brake-light function. Platform pedals are included, so there is little else required before your first ride.
