The Kids Ride Shotgun Dirt Hero Wheel Kit lets you convert a compatible 2026 Gen 2 Dirt Hero Balance Bike between 12-inch and 14-inch wheels as your child grows.
Each kit includes a complete front and rear wheel fitted with wide Kenda 2.20-inch pneumatic tyres. Choose the wheel size required for your bike.
Choose the Correct Wheel Size
- 12-inch Wheel Kit: Front and rear 12-inch wheels with Kenda 2.20-inch pneumatic tyres
- 14-inch Wheel Kit: Front and rear 14-inch wheels with Kenda 2.20-inch pneumatic tyres
The 12-inch setup gives smaller riders a lower, more manageable starting point. Moving to 14-inch wheels extends the useful life of the Dirt Hero and gives a growing rider more room before progressing to a pedal bike.
Made for Off-Road Riding
The wide pneumatic tyres provide more grip and cushioning than solid balance-bike tyres. This makes them better suited to gravel paths, pump tracks and suitable beginner mountain bike trails.
Tyre pressure can be adjusted for the rider and terrain, but the tyres must remain properly inflated and securely seated before every ride.
