The Muc-Off Microfibre Detailing Brush Set includes three differently sized brushes for cleaning areas that are difficult to reach with a conventional washing brush or cloth.
Each brush combines an ultra-soft polyester microfibre head with a bendable polypropylene core, allowing it to curve around components and reach behind wheels, frames and other awkward areas. The fibres help lift and hold dirt away from the surface, reducing the risk of marking delicate finishes when the brushes are kept clean and used correctly.
EVA foam handles provide a comfortable, controlled grip, while integrated hanging loops make the brushes easy to store between uses.

Why Use Microfibre Detailing Brushes?
Standard washing brushes work well across larger surfaces but can struggle behind wheels, between components and around tight frame junctions. The flexible cores allow these brushes to be shaped for a particular area, while the three sizes give you options for different spaces.
The soft microfibre heads also make them better suited to delicate painted areas than a stiff drivetrain brush. They should still be used only after loose grit has been rinsed away.
How to Use
Rinse loose dirt and grit from the surface before starting. Wet the appropriate brush and use it with a suitable cleaning product, working gently around the area being cleaned.
Rinse the brush regularly so trapped contamination is not transferred to another surface. Use separate brushes for greasy drivetrain areas and cleaner painted surfaces where possible.
Our Thoughts
These are useful for the areas where a regular bike brush is either too large or too stiff. The bendable core is the main advantage, particularly when cleaning behind wheels, around frame junctions or between closely positioned components.
We would avoid using the same brush on both a dirty drivetrain and painted surfaces. Microfibre can hold contamination very effectively, which is helpful during cleaning but also means the brushes need to be rinsed thoroughly before moving to a more delicate area.

No cleaning brush can guarantee a mark-free finish if grit becomes trapped in its fibres. Rinse away loose contamination before brushing, use light pressure and keep the microfibre heads clean.
Always check the surface manufacturer’s care instructions and test the brush on an inconspicuous area when cleaning particularly delicate or specialist finishes.
