Muc-Off Inflator Kits provide a fast and compact way to reinflate a tyre after a puncture. The CNC-machined inflator head uses a soft-touch push button to control CO₂ release, allowing you to add pressure progressively rather than releasing the entire cartridge at once.
The inflator works with both Presta and Schrader valves, while the supplied neoprene sleeve helps protect your hands from the extreme cold produced as the CO₂ cartridge discharges.
Different cartridge sizes are available to suit road and mountain bike tyres, making the kit easy to carry in a jersey pocket, saddle bag or riding pack.

Cartridge Options
16g Road: Designed primarily for road tyres and capable of inflating a suitable tyre up to approximately 100psi.
25g MTB: Higher-volume option designed primarily for mountain bike tyres and capable of inflating a suitable tyre up to approximately 30psi.

Why Choose Muc-Off Inflator Kits?
The main advantage of CO₂ is speed. Once you've repaired a puncture, a cartridge can get your tyre back to riding pressure considerably faster than a small hand pump.
The push-button inflator head is particularly useful because it gives you control over the CO₂ release rather than committing the entire cartridge in one go.
Our Thoughts
A CO₂ inflator is great when you want to get moving again quickly, particularly during a race, event or cold and wet roadside repair.
Just remember that every cartridge gives you a limited amount of air. For longer or more remote rides, we'd still carry a small pump as backup, particularly if there's a chance you'll have to deal with more than one puncture.
Important Safety Information
CO₂ cartridges become extremely cold during use, so use the supplied neoprene sleeve and avoid prolonged contact with bare skin.
Keep cartridges away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not puncture, refill or deliberately damage cartridges. Never dispose of a full cartridge and keep out of reach of children.
Please Note
Tyre pressures quoted are approximate and depend on tyre dimensions and volume. If you're using CO₂ with a tubeless setup, check the compatibility of your tubeless sealant and tyre system.
