Compact tubeless puncture repair tool for road, gravel and MTB riding.
Muc-Off Precision Tubeless Repair Capsule provides a compact solution for repairing tubeless tyre punctures that are too large for sealant to close on its own. The capsule combines a puncture reamer and plug insertion tool with internal storage for repair plugs, keeping everything together and ready when you need it.
The CNC-machined 6061 aluminium body is small enough to carry in a jersey pocket, saddle bag or riding pack. Three different plug sizes are included, giving you options for dealing with different-sized punctures in road, gravel and mountain bike tubeless tyres.

Why Carry a Tubeless Repair Tool?
Tubeless sealant does a great job of dealing with many smaller punctures automatically, but eventually you'll find a hole that's simply too large for the sealant to close. A repair plug can fill that opening and give the sealant something to work around, often allowing you to reinflate the tyre and continue riding without fitting an inner tube.
Our Thoughts
If you're riding tubeless, we'd carry a plug kit regardless of whether you're on a road, gravel or mountain bike. Sealant should deal with the small stuff, while a tool like this is your backup for the punctures it can't handle.
We like that the plugs and tool are stored together inside the capsule. There's nothing complicated about it – it's simply a small piece of equipment that can save a ride when your sealant isn't quite enough.
Please Note
Keep out of reach of children. The plug and reamer tool has sharp edges, so handle it carefully.
Tubeless plugs are intended for suitable punctures in the tyre tread area and may be a temporary repair depending on the damage. For road tyres, Muc-Off recommends replacing a plugged tyre once it is safe to do so, particularly if it will be used at high pressure. Muc-Off recommends a maximum pressure of 80psi after plugging a road tyre.
Large cuts, damaged sidewalls or significant tyre damage may require an inner tube, tyre boot or tyre replacement.
