The Stan’s DART Tubeless Repair Tool is made for larger punctures and cuts that liquid sealant cannot seal by itself. Each DART anchors inside the tyre and reacts with fresh latex-based sealant to create a mechanical and chemical repair.

Choose the Correct Option
- DART Tool: Double-ended insertion tool, two DARTs, protective caps and an integrated Presta valve-core remover.
- Five-DART Refill: Five replacement DARTs. The insertion tool is not included.
How the DART Works
A barbed plastic tip anchors inside the tyre while the flexible material reacts with liquid latex sealant around the puncture. The material follows the shape of irregular cuts and wears down naturally, so it does not need trimming after installation.
The DART relies on fresh liquid sealant inside the tyre. It will not form the intended bond if the sealant has dried out or there is too little remaining.
How to Use
- Find the puncture and remove any embedded debris.
- Align the DART with the hole.
- Push until the tool head reaches the tyre tread.
- Withdraw the tool, leaving the DART inside the tyre.
- Rotate the repair to the bottom of the wheel.
- Reinflate the tyre and check that it holds pressure.
Inspect the tyre properly after the ride. Replace it if the casing is badly damaged or the repair will not remain secure.
