The Selle Italia SLR 3D Carbon brings the familiar SLR race shape into the world of 3D printing. It is a premium road saddle for riders who want very low weight, a direct pedalling platform and more refined comfort than a thinly padded traditional race saddle can offer.
3D-printed comfort, precisely placed
The printed lattice cover uses differentiated cushioning zones across the saddle surface. Instead of one uniform foam layer, the structure provides progressive support and shock absorption where it is needed most. The result is a saddle that remains light and efficient, but manages road vibration and pressure more intelligently over longer rides.
Compact SLR race shape
The SLR 3D Carbon is designed for fast road riding, with a compact 242 mm length and a neutral anatomical shape. That means it can work for riders who rotate their pelvis forward in a dynamic position as well as riders with a more static position. It provides a stable, purposeful feel when you are riding hard, climbing or spending time on the drops.
Superflow pressure relief
The Superflow cut-out reduces pressure through the perineal area, particularly helpful when holding a lower position for extended periods. Combined with the lattice structure, it gives the saddle a level of comfort that is impressive for something this light and race focused.
Carbon rails: check compatibility first
The full carbon rails help keep the weight down while adding stiffness and useful vibration absorption. They measure 7 × 9 mm, rather than the standard 7 mm round profile.
