This saddle uses strategically positioned gel pads and shock absorbers to reduce the vibration that can build up through rough roads, chipseal and longer rides. It has a more substantial feel than a race saddle, but that is exactly what many riders need when comfort is the priority.
Flow pressure relief
The Flow anatomic cut-out provides flexibility through the front of the saddle and helps reduce pressure in the central area. It is different from Selle Italia’s larger Superflow cut-out, but it still provides useful pressure relief for riders who spend plenty of time seated and want a more comfortable platform.
Durable, dependable construction
The Duro-Tek cover is made for regular use and is designed to handle the wear that comes with commuting, touring and general road riding. FeC Alloy rails bring a durable blend of strength and flex, helping soften road vibration while maintaining compatibility with most conventional 7 mm round-rail seatpost clamps.
One S2 size
The Sport Gel Flow is supplied in S2 only, measuring 140 × 270 mm. The “S” refers to the saddle’s narrower width category, while the “2” denotes the Flow cut-out. That does not make it a saddle for one gender only: the right choice comes down to your anatomy, riding position and the way you move on the bike.

The Sport Gel Flow is a good, no-fuss comfort saddle for a flat-bar bike, touring bike or road bike used for relaxed riding. It is not trying to be a minimal race saddle. The gel, shock absorption and longer profile are there to make everyday rides and longer outings more comfortable.
