The Specialized Phenom Comp is a long, relatively flat saddle designed for riders who regularly change position on the bike. It provides a more open platform than the curved Romin EVO and does not hold the rider as firmly in one place as the short-nose Power.
Its carbon-reinforced shell uses flexible Adaptive Edge technology, allowing the outer edges to move slightly with the rider rather than creating a hard contact point. Low-friction panels at the nose and tail make it easier to move forwards, backwards or on and off the saddle during harder efforts and technical riding.
Level 2 padding provides moderate cushioning without taking away the stable feel of the saddle, while hollow Cr-Mo rails balance strength, durability and weight.
