The Specialized S-Works Romin EVO with Mirror combines the Romin’s long, curved profile with a full 3D-printed Mirror pad. It is designed for riders who rotate their pelvis forwards into a low road or gravel position while still wanting room to adjust their position along the saddle.
Mirror technology replaces conventional foam with a precisely tuned polymer structure containing 22,200 struts and 10,700 nodes. Combined with the concave FACT carbon shell, this creates Specialized’s thickest Mirror pad and distributes pressure across a wider area. Specialized’s testing showed up to 26% less sit-bone pressure compared with a traditional foam saddle.

Carbon Rail Compatibility
The oversized 7 x 9mm carbon rails require a compatible seatpost clamp. They are not compatible with side-loading clamps designed only for standard 7mm round rails. Check your seatpost compatibility before fitting or ask our workshop team for advice.

Choose the S-Works Romin EVO with Mirror if you prefer a curved saddle, ride in a low position and want the lightest Romin with Mirror construction. Its traditional length provides space to move forwards during high-power efforts or backwards when climbing and settling into a steady pace.
The S-Works model uses the same Mirror pad as the Romin EVO Pro with Mirror but replaces its titanium rails and carbon-reinforced nylon base with a FACT carbon shell and carbon rails. This reduces weight by approximately 49g in the 143mm width.
For most riders, the Pro model offers a more practical balance of price, durability and seatpost compatibility. The S-Works version makes the most sense when low weight and full-carbon construction are genuine priorities.

Our Thoughts
The S-Works Romin EVO with Mirror is best suited to riders who naturally rotate forwards and want a saddle that supports that position. Its curved profile helps stabilise the pelvis when riding low, while the longer shape still provides room to move during climbing and harder efforts.
This is not automatically the most comfortable option simply because it is the most expensive. Riders who prefer a flat platform may suit the Phenom better, while those who like a shorter saddle and remain centred in one position should consider the Power.
The S-Works model is impressively light, but the correct shape, width and setup are still more important than saving weight. Saddle height, setback and angle should be checked when changing from a foam saddle because the deeper Mirror structure may alter how the rider sits relative to the pedals and handlebars.
