Replacement End Caps for Stan’s NEO OS Front Hubs.
Stan’s NEO OS Hub End Caps convert or restore compatible NEO OS and NEO Ultimate OS front hubs. Choose between 15mm and 20mm axle versions to suit the fork fitted to your bike.
These end caps are only compatible with the less-common NEO OS hub, which uses larger #6804 bearings measuring 20 × 32 × 7mm. They will not fit standard NEO hubs or Center Lock hub versions.
Choose the Correct Axle Size
- ZH0775 – 20mm: For compatible NEO OS and NEO Ultimate OS front hubs used with 20mm thru-axle forks.
- ZH0776 – 15mm: For compatible NEO OS and NEO Ultimate OS front hubs used with 15mm thru-axle forks.
Check the hub model, bearing size, brake-mount type and required axle diameter before ordering. The bike model alone is not enough to confirm compatibility because wheel and hub specifications may have changed between model years.
SealLock Design
Stan’s SealLock end caps use a low-friction U-cup seal that snaps securely into position. The design helps keep the end caps attached to the hub when the wheel is removed, reducing the chance of losing one during transport or servicing.
The integrated seal also helps protect the hub bearings from dirt and moisture without creating unnecessary drag.
