Stan’s Exo-Core Tubeless Valves provide increased airflow for seating tyres, adjusting pressure and adding compatible sealant. Their external serviceable core is easy to remove and clean, while the valve base remains compatible with suitable tubeless tyre inserts.
They are supplied as a pair and available in four lengths to suit different rim depths.
High-Flow, Serviceable Design
The oversized internal bore allows more air and sealant to pass through than a conventional Presta valve. This can make tyre seating easier and reduce restrictions caused by dried sealant.
The brass sealing core sits externally and can be removed without tools for cleaning. A small turn allows controlled pressure release, while opening the housing fully provides maximum airflow.
Tyre-Insert Compatible
The shaped valve base allows air and sealant to flow even when a compatible foam tyre insert is fitted. Its tapered stopper is designed to seal against modern Presta-drilled rim beds.
Check that the valve base sits squarely against the rim tape and does not interfere with the tyre bead.

Measure the rim depth before ordering. The valve must leave enough exposed length for the retaining nut, pump head and Exo-Core housing.

Important Sealant Note
Stan’s Race Day Sealant must not be injected through the valve. Its larger sealing crystals can block valves and injectors, so it must be poured directly into the tyre.
