The Stan’s Tubeless Sealant Injector makes it easier to install or top up sealant without unseating the tyre. Its large 150ml capacity handles modern road, gravel and mountain bike tyre volumes, while the press-on adapter fits both Presta and Schrader valve stems.
A top-fill design allows the injector to be filled with the plunger removed. Air-relief channels and a cross-slit valve help control the flow of sealant and reduce drips while the injector is being filled, connected and stored.
150ml Capacity
The increased capacity means most tyres can be filled in a single operation. It holds enough sealant for one high-volume mountain bike tyre up to approximately 29 × 2.8 inches or a pair of lower-volume road or gravel tyres requiring up to 60ml each.
Graduated markings make it easier to measure the required quantity rather than guessing or overfilling the tyre.
Press-On Valve Adapter
The adapter presses directly onto compatible Presta and Schrader valve stems without needing separate threaded fittings or conversion pieces.
Remove the valve core before connecting the injector. The press-on design makes it easy to move between different valve types in a home or professional workshop.
Top-Fill, Drip-Resistant Design
Air-relief channels in the injector body allow excess air to escape as the plunger is installed. The cross-slit valve inside the adapter helps hold the sealant in the injector until pressure is applied.
This reduces the mess and wasted sealant commonly associated with basic syringes, although it is still worth protecting the work area and having a cloth nearby.

How to Use It
- Shake the sealant bottle thoroughly.
- Remove the valve core and release any remaining tyre pressure.
- Top-fill the injector with the required amount of compatible sealant.
- Insert the plunger and press the adapter firmly onto the valve stem.
- Push the plunger steadily to transfer the sealant.
- Remove the injector, refit the valve core and inflate the tyre.
- Rotate the wheel to distribute the sealant around the casing.
Clean the injector promptly after use so sealant does not dry inside the body, adapter or valve.

The larger capacity is the main advantage over a basic sealant syringe. You can fill most mountain bike tyres in one go and the press-on fitting is quicker when working across bikes with different valve types.
Just remember that it is not suitable for Stan’s Race Day formula. For Original and Rolled Gold, it is a clean and practical addition to a tubeless workshop setup.
