Quick-release adjustments on the saddle and handlebar allow the fit to be changed without tools. Sullivan recommends the Evade for many children aged approximately two to five years, with an inside-leg measurement of around 12–20 inches.

A balance bike fits correctly when the child can sit on the saddle with both feet planted securely on the ground and their knees slightly bent. They should also be able to reach the handlebar comfortably without stretching.
