The Tifosi Swank S is a smaller version of the popular Swank, designed for people who find standard sunglasses too wide or loose. Its reduced frame size and more curved 6-base shape provide a closer, more secure fit across extra-small and small faces.
The lightweight plant-based Thrive frame, hydrophilic nose pads and Tifosi Glide earpieces make the Swank S comfortable for running, walking, travel and everyday wear.
Choose the Right Lens
- Crystal Purple with Sky Blue Mirror: A mirrored lens for bright outdoor conditions with a distinctive blue finish.
- Blue Horizon with Smoke Bright Blue Mirror: A smoke-based mirrored lens that reduces brightness while maintaining a neutral view.
- Blackout with Smoke: A neutral-tint lens for bright sunlight without a mirrored outer finish.
All three options are suited to brighter outdoor conditions. Choose between them based mainly on the frame colour and whether you prefer a mirrored or non-mirrored finish.
Designed for Smaller Faces
The Swank S is narrower and more curved than the standard Swank. This helps reduce gaps around the sides and gives the glasses a more secure fit without making them look like technical wraparound sports eyewear.
Tifosi rates the frame as Extra Small–Small. Fit still varies with face shape, so we recommend trying both the Swank S and standard Swank if you are unsure which size will sit best.
Comfort for Active and Everyday Use
Hydrophilic rubber nose pads become grippier as you perspire, helping the glasses remain stable during running, walking and other active use.
Tifosi Glide earpieces slide on smoothly and provide a comfortable, low-bounce fit. The lightweight frame also makes the Swank S easy to wear for longer periods without excessive pressure around the nose or temples.
The nosepiece and earpieces are not fully adjustable. The smaller frame and curved shape provide the secure fit, so choosing the correct frame size remains important.
Plant-Based Thrive Frame
The Swank S frame is made from Tifosi’s plant-based Thrive material. It uses a bio-based resin made with castor beans to reduce reliance on conventional fossil-fuel-based plastics.
The material remains lightweight and durable enough for everyday wear and active use. At approximately 25g, the Swank S should remain comfortable through longer runs, walks and days outdoors.
Polycarbonate Lens Protection
The shatter-resistant polycarbonate lenses provide full UVA and UVB protection. They are also scratch-resistant, although no sunglass lens is completely scratch-proof.
Rinse away dust or grit before cleaning the lenses and use the supplied microfibre bag for cleaning and basic storage.

Who Is the Tifosi Swank S For?
The Swank S suits runners, walkers and everyday users who regularly find standard sunglasses too wide. Its relaxed styling works well away from sport, while the secure nose pads and curved frame make it suitable for active use.
Anyone with a medium or larger face will probably be better suited to the standard Tifosi Swank.
Our Thoughts
The Swank S fills a useful gap in the Tifosi range. Many smaller-faced customers find ordinary lifestyle sunglasses sit too wide or slide down, and this version provides a noticeably more proportionate fit.
It is still worth trying them on where possible. The Swank S is smaller than the standard model, but the curved shape and fixed nosepiece mean the fit will depend on more than face width alone.
All three current lenses are intended for brighter conditions. We would choose the Blackout with Smoke for the simplest everyday appearance or one of the mirrored versions if you prefer a more colourful finish.
