TIME Speciale 10 Clipless Pedals
Supportive Platform. Adjustable Engagement. Built for Hard Riding.
The TIME Speciale 10 Clipless Pedals are designed for enduro, downhill and technical trail riders who want secure clipless engagement with the added confidence of a supportive platform.
Inspired by the premium Speciale 12, the Speciale 10 combines a durable anodised aluminium body with TIME’s proven ATAC engagement system. Two platform sizes allow riders to choose between the extra support of the Large model and the more compact feel of the Small.
Two Platform Sizes
The Speciale 10 is available in two sizes to suit different riding styles and footwear preferences.
The Large 69 × 90mm platform provides additional shoe support for downhill, aggressive enduro and rough terrain. The Small 64 × 80mm platform is lighter and more compact, making it a good option for trail and enduro riders who want increased ground clearance.
Adjustable Engagement Tension
The micrometric tension system allows riders to fine-tune the pedal’s spring retention.
This makes it possible to create a lighter entry and release or a firmer, more secure connection for aggressive riding. It is especially useful for experienced riders who have a clear preference for how their pedals should feel.
Reliable ATAC Engagement
TIME’s ATAC mechanism provides a wide entry angle, making it easy to engage the cleat when remounting on steep or technical terrain.
The system provides a positive connection with a predictable release, helping riders stay securely clipped in without making disengagement difficult when a foot needs to come off quickly.
Built to Clear Mud
The open ATAC mechanism pushes mud and debris away each time the cleat engages.
This self-cleaning action helps the pedals remain dependable in wet, muddy and loose conditions where a clogged mechanism can otherwise make clipping in difficult.
Support When the Trail Gets Rough
The aluminium platform supports the shoe around the clipless mechanism, providing additional stability through rock gardens, compressions and rough descents.
Grip screws add traction between the shoe and pedal body, helping create a more planted feel and providing useful support during moments when the cleat is not fully engaged.
Durable Alloy Construction
The pedal body is manufactured from anodised 6106-T6 aluminium and built around an oversized hollow steel axle.
This construction balances strength and weight while providing the durability needed for regular enduro, downhill and technical trail riding.

Who Are These Pedals For?
The TIME Speciale 10 is designed for experienced mountain bikers who want the efficiency and security of clipless pedals with more shoe support than a compact XC pedal provides.
Choose the Large platform for downhill, aggressive enduro or maximum stability. Choose the Small platform for trail and enduro riding where lower weight, a more compact shape and additional ground clearance are priorities.

Our Thoughts on the TIME Speciale 10
The Speciale 10 is a good choice for riders who like the natural float and mud clearance of TIME’s ATAC system but want more support than a compact trail or XC pedal offers. The platform provides a reassuring connection through rough sections without making the pedal unnecessarily bulky.
For most trail riders, we’d lean towards the Small platform because it offers useful shoe support while retaining better clearance around rocks and roots. The Large is the better option for downhill and aggressive enduro riders, particularly those using a heavier gravity-style shoe.
The adjustable spring tension is another worthwhile feature. It lets you start with a relatively easy release and gradually increase the retention as you become comfortable with the system. As with any clipless pedal, spending a little time setting the cleats and grip screws correctly makes a noticeable difference to how securely and naturally the pedals feel.
