Compact Tubeless Repair Tool with TipPlug Technology.
The Topeak TubiCartridge T16 is a compact puncture repair kit shaped like a 16g CO₂ cartridge. It carries three TipPlug insertion tips and three 3.5mm repair plugs, giving you a quick way to repair larger tubeless punctures that sealant cannot close by itself.
It can be carried alongside a separate CO₂ inflator and cartridge, letting you repair the puncture and reinflate the tyre without carrying a bulky tool kit.
TipPlug Repair System
Each repair plug is fitted to a TipPlug insertion tip. The tip remains inside the tyre after installation, helping anchor the plug and seal the puncture without pulling it back out as the tool is withdrawn.
The 3.5mm plugs are intended for punctures that are too large for tubeless sealant alone. After making a repair, rotate the puncture towards the bottom of the wheel so the plug can make contact with the remaining sealant.
Compact Cartridge-Shaped Design
At 88mm long and approximately 38g, the TubiCartridge T16 fits neatly into a saddle bag, tool roll or riding pack. Its CNC-machined aluminium body protects the plugs and insertion tips between rides.
A Presta valve-core tool is also built in, making it easier to remove or refit the valve core when adding sealant or restoring airflow.

Please Note
A CO₂ inflator, CO₂ cartridge and cartridge sleeve are not included. Inspect the tyre after the ride and replace it if the casing is badly cut, damaged or unable to hold pressure safely.
