Our most comprehensive mechanical service for bikes needing a full overhaul. The bike is stripped back to the frame so each major component can be cleaned, inspected, serviced and correctly reassembled.

• Strip the bike down to the frame
• Thoroughly wash and inspect the frame and fork
• Inspect components for damage or excessive wear
• Remove and clean the drivetrain in a chemical bath
• Inspect the chain, cassette, chainrings and jockey wheels
• Refit and lubricate the drivetrain
• Check derailleur hanger alignment
• Replace standard gear and brake cables and housings where required
• Adjust and tune gears
• Inspect brake pads, rotors and braking surfaces
• Check, adjust and align front and rear brakes
• Bleed hydraulic brakes where required
• Remove, inspect, clean and regrease the headset
• Remove, inspect, clean and regrease the bottom bracket where serviceable
• Check, adjust and service wheel bearings where applicable
• Inspect wheel alignment and spoke tension
• True front and rear wheels
• Inspect tyres and set pressures correctly
• Check tubeless sealant condition where applicable
• Clean individual components before reassembly
• Reassemble the bike using the correct lubricants and torque settings
• Complete a final safety check and test ride

*Labour and standard brake and gear cables and housings are included. Replacement components, bearing cartridges, brake pads, hydraulic fluid, tubeless sealant and other parts are additional. We will contact you before fitting parts or carrying out work beyond the service package.

*We recommend servicing your suspension fork, rear shock and dropper post at this time. Suspension and dropper servicing are not included in the package price—please ask us for pricing.

Who Is the Complete Service For?

The Complete Service is best suited to heavily used bikes, bikes with several areas requiring attention, or bikes that have gone a long time without a thorough overhaul. It is also a good option before a major riding season, event or multi-day trip when you want the bike comprehensively inspected and prepared.

This service goes considerably further than an Annual Service. Because the bike is stripped down, our mechanics can properly inspect and service areas that cannot be fully accessed during a standard workshop tune-up.
