The Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Pro is a high-spec full-power electric trail bike built around a FACT 11m carbon frame, Specialized 3.1 Motor and 840Wh battery. It combines 160mm of FOX Factory front suspension with 150mm of GENIE-controlled rear travel, giving experienced riders the control and adjustment needed for fast, technical terrain.
SRAM X0 Eagle AXS Transmission, Maven Silver brakes and Roval Traverse HD carbon wheels complete a premium build that sits just below the S-Works model. It is aimed at riders who will make use of the added suspension adjustment, lower wheel weight and higher-grade contact points.
Specialized 3.1 Motor
The Specialized 3.1 Motor delivers up to 810W of peak power and 105Nm of torque. It has the strength for steep, technical climbs but applies that power progressively, helping the rear tyre maintain grip through loose corners and awkward low-speed sections.
Motor support can be adjusted through the Specialized app. Micro Tune and Dynamic Micro Tune provide finer control when you want to change assistance without making a large jump between the main support modes.
840Wh Integrated Battery
The Levo 4 Pro comes with an integrated 840Wh battery. Its side-entry design makes removal more convenient, while the large capacity is well suited to long trail rides and days with repeated climbing.
Actual riding time varies with the assistance mode, rider weight, elevation, trail conditions, temperature, tyre pressure and how much effort the rider contributes.
Optional 280Wh Range Extender
For bigger days, the Levo 4 Pro is compatible with the Specialized Levo 4 Full Power 280Wh Range Extender, sold separately.
Combining the Range Extender with the standard 840Wh battery provides up to 1,120Wh of onboard capacity. Specialized’s maximum claim of up to 5.33 hours of riding time is based on using both batteries in Eco mode with an 80kg rider and significant elevation gain.
Optional Specialized Super Charger
The Levo 4 Pro includes a Specialized 4A charger. The faster Specialized Super Charger is sold separately and can charge a compatible battery from 0–80% in under an hour.
This can be useful for riders who need a quicker turnaround between rides, but it is not included with the bike.
MasterMind T3 Display
The MasterMind T3 system uses a 2.2-inch high-resolution colour screen to show ride and e-bike information clearly. It can be customised through the Specialized app so you can choose which data is displayed while riding.
The system supports ride recording, motor tuning, Turbo System Lock and Apple Find My integration. Micro Tune allows support to be adjusted in 10% increments directly from the controls.
FACT 11m Carbon Frame
The Levo 4 Pro uses a FACT 11m carbon chassis and carbon rear end. It provides 150mm of rear-wheel travel with sealed cartridge-bearing pivots, a side-entry battery and SRAM UDH compatibility.
The frame combines a relatively low standover height with Specialized S-Sizing, allowing riders to choose a size around their preferred handling rather than relying only on inseam length.
Adjustable Trail Geometry
The Levo 4 chassis allows the head-tube angle, bottom-bracket height and chainstay length to be adjusted. This gives riders useful control over the way the bike handles rather than locking them into one factory setting.
The bike can be set up for a more responsive trail feel or adjusted for added stability on steeper and faster terrain. The frame is also compatible with forks offering up to 180mm of travel.
Downtube SWAT Storage
Weather-resistant SWAT storage is built into the downtube, providing space for tools and basic trail essentials. It is a practical way to carry what you need for a shorter ride without wearing a pack.
FOX 38 Factory with GRIP X2
The 160mm FOX 38 Factory fork provides the chassis stiffness and control needed for aggressive trail riding on a full-power e-MTB. Its GRIP X2 damper offers independent high-speed and low-speed compression and rebound adjustment.
This level of adjustment allows experienced riders to tune support under braking, sensitivity through repeated impacts and control on larger hits. The Kashima-coated stanchions complete the Factory-level specification.
FOX FLOAT X Factory with GENIE
At the rear, the FOX FLOAT X Factory shock uses Specialized GENIE Shock Technology and a Ride Dynamics Trail Tune to control 150mm of travel.
GENIE is designed to provide a supple initial stroke for traction, useful support through the middle of the travel and strong resistance to harsh bottom-outs. The shock includes a two-position lever, a three-setting Open-mode adjustment range and low-speed rebound adjustment.
SRAM X0 Eagle AXS Transmission
The SRAM X0 Eagle AXS Transmission combines a wireless AXS Pod controller with a rear derailleur powered directly by the Levo 4’s main battery. There is no gear cable and no separate removable AXS derailleur battery to charge.
An integrated hot-shoe connection supplies derailleur power from the bike’s 840Wh battery. The T-Type system is designed to shift cleanly under load, which is particularly useful when climbing on a full-power e-MTB.
The drivetrain includes an X0 10–52T cassette, X0 Flattop chain and X0 alloy crankset with short 155mm arms for improved ground clearance.
SRAM Maven Silver Brakes
SRAM Maven Silver four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide strong, controlled braking for steep and sustained descents. A 220mm HS2 front rotor and 200mm HS2 rear rotor provide the leverage and heat management needed for a full-power trail bike.
Roval Traverse HD Carbon Wheels
The Roval Traverse HD carbon wheels are a significant part of the Pro specification. They use a 30mm internal width and hookless, tubeless-ready rims paired with serviceable DT Swiss 350 hubs.
The mixed-wheel configuration uses a 29-inch front wheel for rollover and stability with a 27.5-inch rear wheel for manoeuvrability and clearance on steep terrain.
Specialized Butcher tyres use GRID GRAVITY casings and the soft GRIPTON T9 compound for strong braking and cornering grip on loose, steep and rough trails.
Premium Contact Points
The Levo 4 Pro is finished with a RaceFace Era carbon handlebar, an Industry Nine stem, Deity Lockjaw grips and a Bridge MIMIC Expert saddle with hollow titanium rails.
A BikeYoke Revive Max 3.0 dropper provides size-specific travel, including up to 213mm on the larger frame sizes.

Who Is It For?
The Turbo Levo 4 Pro is for experienced riders who want a premium full-power e-MTB with the suspension control, braking performance and wheel quality needed for fast and technical trail riding.
The FOX Factory suspension offers a wide adjustment range, so it makes the most sense for riders who are comfortable tuning their setup or who want the help of an experienced workshop to get it dialled in properly.
It also suits riders who want carbon wheels and X0 Transmission but do not need the additional cost of the complete S-Works build.

The Pro is where the Levo 4 specification becomes genuinely high end. Its FOX Factory suspension is not just about the Kashima finish—the GRIP X2 fork provides the damping control needed for riders who push hard on rough terrain.
The Roval Traverse HD carbon wheels reduce rotating weight while retaining a strong rim platform for aggressive riding. DT Swiss 350 hubs are also a proven choice with good long-term parts support.
We like the way the X0 AXS derailleur draws power directly from the Levo’s main battery. The AXS Pod communicates wirelessly, but there is no separate derailleur battery to monitor or forget to charge.
The Pro is expensive, but the upgrades are functional rather than decorative. Riders who will use the FOX Factory adjustment, carbon wheelset and premium contact points will find a meaningful step up from the Expert.
