Electric All-Mountain Capability
The Specialized Turbo Levo 4 EVO Comp Alloy 2027 is built for riders who regularly head into steep, rough and demanding terrain. It takes the full-power Levo platform and adds 180mm of front travel, 170mm of rear travel and a more gravity-focused component package.
The Specialized 3.1 motor delivers up to 810W of peak power and 105Nm of torque, while the integrated 840Wh battery provides the capacity needed for long climbs and repeated descents. A durable M5 alloy frame, RockShox suspension, SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission and Maven brakes complete a practical build for proper electric all-mountain riding.
Full Power for Steep Terrain
The Specialized 3.1 motor provides the support needed for steep climbs, technical approaches and repeated laps. Its 810W peak output and 105Nm of torque are delivered progressively, helping the rear tyre maintain traction rather than breaking loose when the ground becomes rough or slippery.
Support levels and motor response can be adjusted through the Specialized app. The MasterMind TCU uses a 2.2-inch high-resolution display for battery information, assistance settings and ride data, and the system also supports Apple Find My.
840Wh Battery and Extendable Range
The integrated 840Wh battery provides the capacity required for big trail rides and elevation-heavy days. Specialized claims up to five hours of riding with the optional 280Wh Range Extender under its specified test conditions.

180/170mm Enduro Suspension
A 180mm RockShox ZEB Select fork gives the front of the bike the stiffness and support needed on steep descents, larger impacts and rough repeated hits. Its Linear XL air spring and Delta RC damper provide straightforward rebound and compression adjustment without making the setup unnecessarily complicated.
At the rear, the RockShox Vivid Select Air shock controls 170mm of travel. The Linear XL air spring helps the suspension remain active over rough ground, while rebound adjustment and a climb switch allow the setup to be tuned for the rider and terrain.
Adjustable EVO Geometry
The Levo 4 EVO allows the head angle, bottom-bracket position and chainstay length to be adjusted. This gives riders meaningful control over stability, agility and ground clearance without replacing major parts.
A longer and slacker setup suits steep, open terrain where stability matters most. A shorter or higher configuration can make the bike easier to manage through tighter trails and rocky climbing sections.
SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission
SRAM Eagle 90 T-Type is a mechanical drivetrain built around SRAM’s full-mount Transmission design. It shifts consistently under pedalling load, which is useful when climbing technical terrain on a full-power e-MTB.
The 10–52T cassette provides a broad climbing range, while the single-click shifter helps prevent unnecessary multiple shifts under motor load. Mechanical operation also means there is no derailleur battery to charge.
SRAM Maven Braking
SRAM Maven Bronze four-piston brakes use 220mm rotors at both ends. This is an appropriate setup for a 170mm-travel full-power e-MTB, providing the power and heat management required on long and steep descents.
The extra braking power reduces the amount of effort needed at the lever and makes it easier to control speed through sustained rough sections.
Gravity-Focused Tyres
A Specialized Butcher GRID GRAVITY T9 tyre handles steering and braking duties at the front. At the rear, the Cannibal GRID GRAVITY T9 provides strong braking traction and support through steep, loose terrain.
Both tyres use reinforced gravity casings and tubeless-ready construction. They favour grip and casing support over low weight or fast rolling speed, which suits the Levo EVO’s intended use.
Mixed-Wheel Setup
The 29-inch front wheel provides rollover and front-end confidence, while the 27.5-inch rear wheel improves clearance and makes the back of the bike easier to place through tight turns and steep sections.
Specialized alloy rims, sealed-bearing hubs and DT Swiss Elemental spokes form a robust wheelset designed for regular hard riding.
SWAT Downtube Storage
Internal SWAT storage provides space for a tube, tools and other trail essentials inside the downtube. It keeps the weight low in the frame and means the basics can stay with the bike between rides.

The Levo 4 EVO Comp Alloy is the model for riders who find the standard Levo capable but want more support and stability for genuinely demanding terrain. The longer ZEB fork, Vivid shock and gravity-focused tyres make a noticeable difference when the trail becomes steep, rough or fast.
The Eagle 90 drivetrain is a sensible choice on this model. It provides the shift quality and strength of SRAM Transmission without adding another battery or electronic system to manage. Maven brakes with 220mm rotors are also well matched to the bike’s weight and descending potential.
At 26.92kg, it is not trying to feel like a lightweight trail bike. Its strengths are stability, durability and control. If your riding regularly includes steep technical descents, bigger impacts and challenging enduro terrain, the extra travel and stronger component package make the EVO worth considering.
