Build Your Ultimate Levo 4

The Specialized S-Works Turbo Levo 4 Frameset gives you the top-level carbon chassis, most powerful Levo motor and a 900Wh battery, ready to be built with your preferred fork, drivetrain, brakes, wheels and cockpit.

This is a proper starting point for a no-compromise full-power trail bike. The FACT 11m carbon frame delivers 150mm of rear travel through a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate shock with GENIE, while adjustable geometry lets you tune the handling to suit your trails and riding style.

Please note: This is a frameset rather than a complete bike. It includes the frame, rear shock, motor, battery, display, charger, crankset and chainring. The fork, wheels, drivetrain, brakes, cockpit, saddle and seatpost must be purchased separately.

S-Works Power and Control

The S-Works 3.1 motor produces up to 850W of peak power and 111Nm of torque. Those are serious figures, but the way the power is delivered matters just as much. Assistance comes in smoothly and predictably, helping the rear tyre find grip on steep, loose and technical climbs.

The system can be tuned through the Specialized app, while Micro Tune lets you make small changes to support during a ride. This makes it easier to balance assistance, traction and battery consumption as the terrain changes.

900Wh Battery and Extendable Range

The integrated 900Wh battery provides the capacity needed for big trail days. Specialized claims up to 4.63 hours of riding time when the bike is used with the optional 280Wh Range Extender, based on Eco mode, an 80kg rider and significant elevation gain. Actual range will vary with assistance level, terrain, rider weight, conditions and bike setup.

FACT 11m Carbon Chassis

The FACT 11m carbon frame and carbon suspension link combine stiffness, strength and controlled trail manners. It has 150mm of rear-wheel travel and can accommodate forks with up to 180mm of travel, giving you plenty of scope to shape the finished bike around fast trail riding or harder enduro-style use.

Head angle, bottom-bracket height and chainstay length can all be adjusted. The standard setup provides balanced handling, while the alternative positions let you prioritise stability, cornering clearance or a more agile rear end.

RockShox Ultimate Suspension with GENIE

The included RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate GENIE shock uses a tunable dual-air-spring design to combine small-bump grip with strong mid-stroke support and better resistance to harsh bottom-outs.

Its RC2T damper provides independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment, along with rebound control. That gives experienced riders plenty of scope to match the suspension to their weight, trails and riding pace.

MasterMind Control

The integrated MasterMind TCU uses a high-resolution 2.2-inch display to keep key ride and system information easy to read. It works with the Specialized app for motor tuning, ride recording and system management, and also supports Apple Find My.

The included 12A smart charger provides Standard, Fast, Eco and charge-to-80% modes. In Fast mode it can charge the battery from zero to 80% in under an hour under suitable conditions.

SWAT E-MTB Storage

Weather-resistant SWAT storage inside the downtube gives you somewhere to carry tools, a tube and other trail essentials without loading up your pockets. It is a particularly useful feature on a custom build, keeping the finished bike clean and ready for longer rides.

S-Sizing and Mixed-Wheel Compatibility

Specialized S-Sizing lets you choose a frame according to both your height and the handling you prefer. A smaller size will generally feel easier to move around, while sizing up adds reach and high-speed stability.

The Levo 4 platform is designed around a 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel. This mixed-wheel layout combines rollover and front-end confidence with a rear wheel that is easier to place through tight corners.
