Full-Power Trail Performance with GENIE Suspension
The Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Comp Alloy is a full-power electric trail bike built for riders who want to cover more ground without giving up proper mountain-bike handling. It combines the Specialized 3.1 Motor and 840 Wh battery with an adjustable M5 Alloy frame, mixed wheels and 160 mm front and 150 mm rear suspension travel.
With up to 810 W of peak power and 105 Nm of torque, the motor has the strength for steep, technical climbs while maintaining the controlled power delivery that makes the Levo easy to manage on loose terrain. FOX suspension, SRAM Eagle 90 mechanical shifting and SRAM Maven Bronze brakes give this Comp Alloy model a solid, trail-ready build.
Specialized 3.1 Motor
The Specialized 3.1 Motor delivers up to 810 W of peak power and 105 Nm of torque. It provides strong assistance for sustained climbs but feeds that power in smoothly, helping the rear tyre maintain traction when the trail becomes steep, loose or technical.
Support levels can be adjusted through the Specialized app, allowing you to balance motor assistance and battery use around the length and difficulty of the ride.
840 Wh Battery for Longer Trail Rides
The integrated 840 Wh battery provides up to 5.33 hours of claimed riding time. Actual range depends on the assistance mode, rider weight, elevation, trail conditions, temperature and how much effort the rider contributes.
The large-capacity battery makes the Levo 4 well suited to longer trail rides and days with repeated climbing.
Optional 280 Wh Range Extender
For bigger days, the Levo 4 is compatible with the Specialized Levo 4 Full Power 280 Wh Range Extender, sold separately.
Used with the standard 840 Wh battery, the Range Extender increases total available battery capacity to 1,120 Wh. This gives you the option of carrying additional capacity for longer rides while keeping the bike in its standard configuration when the extra range is not required.
MasterMind T3 Display
The MasterMind T3 system uses a 2.2-inch high-resolution colour display to show ride and system information clearly. It can be customised through the Specialized app, making it easier to choose which data you want to see while riding.
Premium M5 Alloy Frame
The M5 Alloy frame brings the key features of the Levo 4 platform to a tough, practical aluminium chassis. It provides 150 mm of rear-wheel travel and uses a side-entry battery for easier access.
Adjustable head-tube angle, bottom-bracket height and chainstay length allow the bike’s handling to be tuned around the rider and terrain. The frame is also compatible with fork travel up to 180 mm.
Downtube SWAT Storage
Weather-resistant SWAT storage is built into the downtube, providing space for tools and basic trail essentials. It is a useful feature for shorter rides when you would rather leave the backpack at home.
FOX Suspension with GENIE Technology
A 160 mm FOX FLOAT 36 Rhythm fork with a GRIP damper provides a strong, controlled front end for technical trail riding.
At the rear, the FOX FLOAT X Performance shock uses Specialized GENIE Shock Technology to manage the bike’s 150 mm of travel. GENIE is designed to provide a supple initial stroke for grip and comfort, plenty of mid-stroke support and better resistance to harsh bottom-outs when the hits get bigger.
SRAM Eagle 90 T-Type Mechanical Drivetrain
The SRAM Eagle 90 T-Type mechanical drivetrain is designed to shift cleanly under load, which is particularly useful on a full-power e-MTB. Its 10–52T cassette provides the range needed for steep climbs while mechanical cable operation keeps adjustment and servicing straightforward.
SRAM Maven Bronze Brakes
SRAM Maven Bronze four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide the power and control needed for a full-power trail bike. Their strong braking performance is particularly useful on steep descents and longer runs where speed and bike weight place greater demands on the braking system.
Mixed-Wheel Trail Handling
The Levo 4 uses a 29-inch front wheel and a 27.5-inch rear wheel. The larger front wheel improves rollover and confidence through rough ground, while the smaller rear wheel helps the bike change direction and gives the rider more room to move on steep trails.
Specialized alloy rims and Bear Pawls hubs create a practical wheelset for regular trail use.

Who Is It For?
The Turbo Levo 4 Comp Alloy is for trail riders who want plenty of motor support and battery capacity without losing the responsive handling of a well-sorted mountain bike. It is capable enough for steep, technical terrain but remains manageable on everyday trail rides.
It makes particular sense for riders who prefer the durability and value of an aluminium frame, want a serviceable mechanical drivetrain and need enough battery capacity for longer rides with plenty of climbing.
Our Thoughts
The Comp Alloy is one of the most practical builds in the Levo 4 range. The M5 Alloy frame keeps the price below the carbon models while retaining the same powerful 3.1 Motor, 840 Wh battery, adjustable geometry, SWAT storage and GENIE suspension platform.
SRAM Eagle 90 is also a sensible choice for a bike that will spend plenty of time in mud, dust and rough terrain. It offers the load-shifting benefits of T-Type with a conventional cable-operated system that is straightforward to maintain.
The FOX 36 Rhythm and FLOAT X Performance suspension give the bike enough support for serious trail riding, while the mixed wheels keep it easier to manoeuvre than a full 29er. The optional Range Extender is useful for riders planning bigger backcountry days or rides with plenty of climbing.
For riders who want Levo 4 performance without paying extra for a carbon frame or wireless drivetrain, this is a well-balanced build.
