Full-Power Agility Meets Electric Rally Performance
Nothing this powerful has ever felt this agile. The Specialized Turbo Levo R Comp Alloy combines the full-power assistance of the Levo 4 platform with a lighter, sharper chassis built for fast and playful trail riding.
The 140mm front and 130mm rear suspension package gives the Levo R enough control for technical terrain without taking away the responsive feel that makes it so much fun on flowing singletrack. It climbs with serious power, carries speed well and changes direction more willingly than a longer-travel full-power e-MTB.
This is Specialized’s take on Electric Rally: plenty of motor, efficient suspension and handling that encourages you to look for the quick line rather than simply plough through everything.
Specialized 3.1 Full-Power System
The Specialized 3.1 motor delivers up to 810 watts of peak power and 105Nm of torque. Power comes in smoothly and predictably, making it easier to find traction on loose climbs and manage the bike through slow, technical sections.
An integrated 840Wh battery provides plenty of capacity for proper trail rides. Riders wanting more range can add the optional 280Wh Range Extender for up to five hours of riding time, depending on terrain, assistance mode, rider weight and conditions.

The MasterMind TCU uses a clear 2.2-inch display and connects with the Specialized app, allowing you to adjust assistance, view ride information and customise the bike’s settings. Apple Find My compatibility and Turbo System Lock provide useful additional security.
M5 Alloy Electric Rally Chassis
The M5 aluminium frame has 130mm of rear travel, adjustable geometry and internal SWAT storage in the downtube. It feels solid and planted when the trail gets rough, while the shorter-travel Levo R layout keeps the bike lively enough for quick direction changes and pumping through rolling terrain.
Compared with similar Levo 4 builds, the Levo R platform is considerably lighter. This Comp Alloy weighs a claimed 24.24kg in size S3, although actual weight will vary with frame size, colour and component variation.
FOX Suspension with GENIE
A FOX 36 SL Performance fork provides 140mm of front travel with a GRIP damper. It offers useful support under braking and through corners without the additional weight of a heavier enduro fork.
At the rear, the FOX FLOAT Performance shock uses Specialized’s GENIE air-spring system. GENIE is designed to improve small-bump response and mid-stroke control while providing extra resistance deeper in the travel. The result is a 130mm bike that feels more capable than the travel figure might suggest.
SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission
The mechanical SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission gives the Levo R a durable 12-speed drivetrain with a wide 10–52T cassette. It provides a properly low climbing gear and can be shifted accurately under the higher loads produced by a full-power e-MTB.
Because Eagle 90 is mechanically operated, there is no derailleur battery or electronic shifting system to charge.
Strong Brakes and Trail-Ready Wheels
SRAM Motive Bronze four-piston brakes use 200mm rotors at both ends, providing the power and heat management needed for a full-power trail bike.
The Specialized alloy rims have a 30mm internal width and arrive tubeless ready. Specialized 2.4-inch tyres balance rolling speed with useful cornering grip, keeping the bike in line with its fast, responsive Electric Rally character.
Wheel Size and Fit
Sizes S2 through S6 use 29-inch wheels front and rear for predictable handling and efficient rollover. Size S1 uses a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel, giving smaller riders better clearance and a more proportionate fit.
Specialized S-Sizing allows some riders to choose between neighbouring sizes according to the handling they prefer. A smaller size will generally feel more agile, while sizing up adds room and high-speed stability. Contact our team if you would like help choosing the right size.

Who Is It For?
The Levo R Comp Alloy suits riders who want full-power climbing support but prefer a quicker, more responsive trail bike over a long-travel enduro machine.
- Fast, flowing and technical trail riding
- Riders who value agility as much as descending capability
- Long trail rides with repeated climbing
- Riders wanting a durable aluminium frame
- Anyone who finds a longer-travel e-MTB heavier or less responsive than necessary
For regular bike-park laps, very steep terrain or repeated hard impacts, a longer-travel Levo 4 EVO may be the better choice. For varied trail riding where climbing, cornering and carrying speed all matter, the Levo R is the more lively option.
Our Thoughts
The Levo R Comp Alloy makes sense for riders who want the power and battery capacity of a full-size Turbo system without turning every ride into an enduro mission.
The aluminium frame adds some weight compared with the carbon Levo R models, but the suspension and geometry still give it the quick, connected character that separates this bike from the standard Levo 4. Eagle 90 is also a sensible choice here: it shifts well under load, is straightforward to maintain and does not add another battery to remember.
If your local riding combines punchy climbs, natural singletrack and faster flowing trails, this is a well-balanced full-power e-MTB rather than a watered-down enduro bike.
