Chromag saddles are designed for riders who want a supportive place to sit while still having room to move around the bike when the trail gets technical. The range includes shorter, movement-friendly shapes, longer platforms that let you adjust your seated position and the proven Trailmaster shape in several different cover materials.
The important part is choosing the shape that works with your sit-bone width, riding position and the way you move on the bike. Two saddles can have the same overall width but feel completely different once you are sitting on them.
Which Chromag Saddle Is Right for You?
- Chromag Limber – A shorter 260mm saddle with a 146mm-wide platform and pronounced centre relief. A good option if you want support when seated without a long saddle getting in the way on technical terrain.
- Chromag Lift – A 146mm-wide saddle with a longer 282mm platform. It gives you more room to adjust your seated position during longer rides and changing climb gradients.
- Chromag Trailmaster – The original 140mm-wide trail shape with a supportive, relatively flat sitting area, padded nose and natural leather cover.
- Chromag Trailmaster DT – The practical wet-weather option. It uses the Trailmaster shape with a durable synthetic cover that is better suited to mud, regular bike washing and harder use.
- Chromag Trailmaster LTD – The premium Trailmaster option, finished with heavier Italian leather for riders who already know the shape suits them and want a more distinctive finish.
Most riders are better off choosing the right shape first, then deciding which cover and finish they prefer. A leather saddle is not automatically more comfortable and a wider saddle is not automatically a better fit.
